Two pillars

Referrers who know you, and patients who find you first.

Referral relationships, built by me personally

I build referral networks with referring physicians and allied clinicians: PTs, chiropractors, urgent cares and primary care. I research and contact them, and set up meetings with your physicians so they know your practice, your services and how to reach you. The referring clinician always decides what's best for their patient.

For practices that want it, I also organize educational talks your physicians give to law firms. I don't recommend doctors to attorneys or attorneys to patients.

About Joe Chiu

Before this, I grew practices from the inside.

I co-owned and grew a pain management clinic, owned and grew my own clinic, and served as a California Qualified Medical Evaluator.

I've built physician referral networks from the ground up, more than once. Now I do it for a small number of practices I believe in.

Three steps from first conversation to first outreach.

How we work together

Fee Agreed up front
Flat monthly
Engagement
12 months
Exclusive One practice per specialty in your defined market, written into the contract
1 per specialty

The fee pays for the work. It never depends on referrals, patient volume, or revenue.

Questions practices ask.

Do you guarantee referrals or patients?

No. No one ethically can. I guarantee the work: the relationships built, the meetings set, your search presence fixed, reported monthly.

Do I need a big marketing budget too?

No. The fee covers the work described here; there are no ad spend requirements.

What if you work with my competitor?

You get exclusivity in your specialty in a market we define by cities or ZIP codes in the contract.

Is this HIPAA-compliant?

We sign a Business Associate Agreement, review replies never confirm someone is a patient, and patient information is limited to what review requests need.
